Gigpro requires Pros to rate businesses. After a pro finished a Gig and clocks out in the app, the app will prompt the pro to rate the business. The mandatory rating system is 1 - 5 stars with 5 being the best, and there is an optional field for comments as well. 

If a pro does not rate the business when they clock out, when they open the app again they will be prompted to rate the business then.
