- The Pro Loyalty Program is a "quarterly" program and resets every calendar quarter
- Calendar "quarters" are January - March (Q1), April - June (Q2), July - September (Q3), and October - December (Q4).
- Pros earn a $10 bonus for every 100 points they earn and keep through the calendar quarter.
- Bonuses are paid in the middle of the following month after the end of a quarter, and pros are notified by email when the bonus is paid. This means that Loyalty Bonuses are paid in mid-April (Q1), mid-July (Q2), mid-October Q3), and mid-January (Q4)
