Gigpro is about professionalism. Pros are responsible for reading all of the Gig information including location and distance before applying to and/or confirming Gigs. Confirming a Gig means a Pro is committing to being on time, in proper uniform, ready to work. Calling out to Gigs in less than 24 hours to the Gig start time or No Call No Showing (NCNS) Gigs will not be tolerated. If a Pro is Late to a Gig the business has the right to turn them away.
Pros using the Gigpro platform are 1099 Independent Contractors using the Gigpro platform to work Gigs at their leisure. In turn, Gigpro does not offer "excused absences or excused late call outs"
Below are our Suspension Policies:
- No Call No Show on very first confirmed Gig - Permanent Suspension
Otherwise:
- 1st Call Out or No Call No Show - 14 Day Suspension
- 2nd Call Out or No Call No Show - 28 Day Suspension
- 3rd Call Out or No Call No Show - Permanent Suspension
These are based on a rolling 12 month cycle from the date the pro downloaded the app. This means that if a Pro downloads the app on July 1st and misses three confirmed Gigs in 12 months, they will be permanently removed from the platform. The counter would restart on the following July 1st.
