In order to maintain a healthy marketplace and ensure new pros have an opportunity to prove themselves, Gigpro maintains a minimum performance threshold. Below are some of the requirements that must be met at all times for Pro's to have continued access to the platform:

• Pro must maintain a 3.5 Star Rating or better
• Pro must maintain a 75% completion rate or better
• Pro must have less than 3 NCNS/CO flags every 12 months of platform access
• Pro must adhere to all Gigpro Terms & Conditions and FAQ protocols
• Pros must maintain professionalism and professional standards when working Gigs or interacting with Gigpro staff at all times
• If a Pro falls below any of the requirements above for more than thirty days their profiles may be deactivated.
