- If your app seems slow or is not working properly, try the below troubleshooting solutions:
- Close the app entirely and reopen it
- Keeping the app open keeps updates from installing. Periodically closing and reopening the app will refresh it.
- Close all your apps entirely and then reopen the Gigpro app
- Having lots of apps open can effect the performance of any app. Periodically close and reopen your apps to keep their performance up.
- Logout of the app and log back in
- Logging out and back into the app cycles the app instance, helping to ensure peak performance. To logout, tap the three lines at the top right of the home page, then the Settings tab, and then tap Logout

Update the app
- Gigpro adds new features all the time. Make sure your app is up to date to ensure you have access to the latest features. Click here to update our app.
- Update your device
- Device software needs to always be up to date to ensure proper functionality, make sure you device is using the latest operating system available
