Gigpro allows Pros to Clock In and out of their Gigs for accurate shift times. Businesses have the final say on shift times when paying Pros. Pros can clock in or out between 5 minutes before a Gig start time and 4 hours after a Gig end time. Businesses can pay Pros for their Gig anytime after the Gig starts. Pros are required to share their location to clock in and out of Gigs.
- Once a Pro has clocked in, the Manager on Duty will receive a notification, and the Pro's status will appear as clocked in on the schedule page. The Pros location of where they clocked in is also captured.
- Once the Gig end time passes, Pros will be prompted to clock out. Pros can "extend their time" if they have been asked to stay late by you and they must still be on site to do so.
- If Pros leave the location and stay outside of the .5 mile radius of the location for more than 15 minutes before the shift time is ended you will be notified.
- Pros will automatically be clocked out 4 hours after the end of the shift for the designated end shift time if they have not clocked out already.
- Once the Pro has tapped clock out, they are prompted to a timesheet where they can make any adjustments.
Once the Pro submits their timesheet, they can view their Gig in the earnings tab. Upon submission, the Location Manager and Manager on Duty will be notified that the Pro has clocked out. The hours submitted on the timesheet will be reflected when a Location Manager goes to pay a Pro. The Location Manager can still adjust the hours as needed.
Gigpro also offers an extra option for our Time Clock Feature, the 4 Digit Check in Option. See the article to learn more about that.
