Pros are not allowed to contact businesses for any reason outside of the in-app messaging feature. If a Pro has a question about a Gig or a payment and cannot contact the business in the app, the Pro must contact Gigpro Support via the orange chat bubble at the bottom left of this page.
If you have been receiving calls, texts or emails from Pros about Gigs, Gig payments or anything Gigpro related, fill out this support form with the name of the Pro and any other information you have on the pro and Gigpro will notify them to stop or even remove them from the platform
