Pros are not allowed to contact businesses for any reason outside of the in-app messaging feature. If a Pro has a question about a Gig or a payment and cannot contact the business in the app, the Pro must contact Gigpro Support via the orange chat bubble at the bottom left of this page.
If businesses notify Gigpro that pros are reaching out to them outside of the in-app message feature for any reason, the Pro's profile will be deactivated permanently.
