If you need or want to dismiss a Pro without the Pro incurring any marks against their record:

To dismiss a Pro from a Gig that is already past the Gig's end time:

1. Click on the home tab
2. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the schedule card
3. Click dismiss pro
4. Choose your reason as OTHER, this will keep the Pro from being flagged
5. Leave a note

To dismiss a Pro from a Gig that has not ended yet:

1. Click the schedule tab
2. Click the three dots next to the Pro's name in the Gig card
3. Click dismiss pro
4. Choose your reason as OTHER, this will keep the Pro from being flagged
5. Leave a note
