Unpaid Gigs
Gigpro notifies our business partners every morning if they have Gigs to pay.
If you have worked a Gig and have not received payment after 48 hours past the Gig end time, fill out our support form and we will investigate the matter. Include the location and date/shift time of the Gig you have not been paid for. Gig non-payment disputes must be submitted between 48 and 96 hours of the Gig end time.
Underpaid Gigs
If you have been paid for a Gig and you believe you were underpaid, please fill out our support form and include the location and Gig date/shift time and we will investigate the matter. Gig underpayment disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the payment time. To dispute a payment or Gig cancellation after the Gig Start Time, Pro's must have used the Time Clock and Location Sharing features to dispute any gig payment.
Pros are encouraged to contact Gigpro support with any questions, concerns or disputes regarding gig payment, wage, or time. This is the fastest way to get your payment dispute handled. We will be glad to work with the business to get your payment issues addressed and be your intermediary in this process. Please fill out the support form in the chat bubble below with the business name, date and shift time you worked as well as a description of the discrepancy, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
