Gigpro notifies our business partners every morning if they have Gigs to pay.
If you have worked a Gig and have not received payment after 48 hours past the Gig end time, fill out our support form and we will investigate the matter. Include the location and date/shift time of the Gig you have not been paid for. Gig non-payment disputes must be submitted between 48 and 96 hours of the Gig end time or there will be no recourse.
If you have been paid for a Gig and you believe you were underpaid, please fill out our support form and include the location and Gig date/shift time and we will investigate the matter. Gig underpayment disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the payment time or there will be no recourse.
Do not contact the business if you have questions or disputes about your Gig payment. Contacting businesses about Gig payments is a violation of our Terms and can result in your profile being deactivated. Gigpro will be glad to assist you if you feel like you have not been paid properly for your Gig.
