Stripe has paused your account because they need more information from you. They are requesting you update your ID info. See below how to do this. Once it is done, they will open your account back up so you can get your money. We hope this helps, thanks!
- Tap on the Earnings Tab
- Tap Payout Dashboard
- Tap the person icon
- Tap Platform Settings
- Tap the pencil icon in personal details
- Add the requested ID info
