We are sorry this happened! At Gigpro we have a zero-tolerance policy for Pros who fail to show for a confirmed Gig. If a Pro fails to show their profile rating and completion rate will drop and they will be suspended from the platform for at least 7 days.
If the Pro who confirmed the Gig did not show up or cancel within the app before the Gig start time, then please do the following:
From your phone or PC/laptop, go to app.gigpro.com, login as needed
- Click the schedule tab in the menu on the left
- Click the three dots on the top right corner of the Gig to cancel the Gig
- List the reason as no call & no show
- Block the Pro if you do not wish to see the Pro's applications anymore
OR
- Click the three dots next to the Pro's name
- Click dismiss Pro and select reason as no call no show and add any extra info as needed
- Block the Pro if you don’t wish to see the Pro's applications anymore
