Posting a Gig (Classic Post Gig Flow)

Using the Classic Gig Post Flow option after clicking Post a Gig

Tab 1 – Location

Select the location from the drop-down menu on the top right of the page where the Gig will be
Verify or change the address

Tab 2 – Add Shifts

Click add shift
Enter the start date, start & end times. Repeat until all the shifts you need are displayed
If you need to post for multiple skills (dishwasher & line cook) on the same day, add both shifts
If you need multiple skills for the same shift, post the shift only once
On the right of each shift, you can “edit” to change the date/time or you could delete if you added too many

Tab 3 – Manager on Duty

List the manager on duty for each shift or if it’s the same manager click copy down

Tab 4 – Pros Needed

For each shift you can request a Pro regardless of what skill you need to fill. Click request a Pro.
Click “Request a Pro for this Shift” if you need a new Pro or choose one of the previously saved templates you have.
To save a template click “Request a Pro”, fill out the info and check the “Save as Template” box at the bottom. You can later choose a template and update it as needed. You can also choose a template and save it as an additional one for future use, you can have as many saved templates as you wish.
In the skill description sell your culture (coolest kitchen in town) and Gig (free meal, free parking, etc.), then details of duties for the Gig (the more the better)
Select your uniform/Covid or any other requirements from the checkboxes, add your own, if necessary (no logos, bring your own knives, etc.)
You can request between 1 and 100 Pros for each shift, simply click the plus sign in the shift to change the number of Pros requested.

Tab 5 – Payment

Gigpro has a $15/hr. minimum rate to post, after that the rate is up to you!
Set your rate, then the total cost of the Gig including Gigpro fees and Stripe fees will be displayed
You can change the rate by clicking “Change Rate”
Click finish, read your Gigs to make sure the information is correct
Click post gig and gigs are live!!
