We hope this never happens, but it does. When a Pro is injured on a Gig, please do the following:
- Immediately send the Pro to the Dr or ER.
- Let the Pro know they can start the claim process by going to www.bluestarclaims.com to fill out the Claim Forms online (this is the fastest option), calling 480-579-2501, emailing intake@bluestarclaims.com or fill out our support form with the Pro’s name, shift date/time and what happened so we are aware of the incident and can reach out to the Pro.
- Once the Gig end time passes, pay the Pro for the time they were at the Gig, so there is a record OAI coverage.
