Pros using the Gigpro platform are 1099 Independent Contractors using the Gigpro platform to work Gigs at their leisure. In turn, Gigpro does not offer "excused absences or excused late call outs"

If a Pro cancels a Confirmed Gig within 24 hours of the Gig Start Time, the Pro may be suspended from the platform for up to 28 days or more and have all future confirmed Gigs and applications cancelled. Calling a business directly to cancel a gig is not recommended and is still considered a Call Out.

If a Pro fails to show up for a Gig with no notice the Pro may be suspended from the platform for up to 28 days or more and have all future confirmed Gigs and applications removed.

*If a Pro has never worked a Gig before and they are suspended for NCNS, the suspension will be permanent*

If you wish to dispute a suspension, you have 72 hours from the time the suspension started to dispute the suspension by filling out the support form in the orange chat bubble below.
