Gigpro will make sure Pros who work longer than the posted Gig time get paid for all the time they work on the Gig. There is a feature built into the platform that allows our business partners to adjust the Gig shift time so they can pay Pros for all the time they worked.

Pros now have the ability to log their extra time with our Time Clock feature. If a Pro is asked to stay late for a Gig, they can use the Time Clock Feature to log that time. See below how to do this.

• Once the contracted gig time is complete, Pros will be prompted to clock out or extend their gig time.
• Pros can extend their Gig time in only the first 15 minutes after the Gig end time passes
• Pro can hit “notify manager that you are still working” a text message will be sent to the manager on duty informing them that the Pro is still working.
• Once this is done, the app will show the time extension when the Pro clocks out.
