Gigpro is about the flexibility to work when and where you want. We know things happen and plans can change.
If you cannot make your confirmed Gig, you must cancel the confirmed Gig within the app before the Gig start time. Even if you reach out to the business directly to let them know, you still need to cancel the Gig within the app before the Gig start time to avoid being listed as a No Call No Show by the business.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for no call no shows. If a Pro is listed as NCNS for a Gig, the Pro may be suspended from the platform for up to 28 days or more and have all future confirmed Gigs and applications cancelled.
If a Pro has never worked a Gig before and they are suspended for NCNS, the suspension will be permanent.
If a Pro wishes to dispute a NCNS, they must fill out our support form in the chat box below within 72 hours of the NCNS notification and we will research the issue.
