Gigpro is about the flexibility to work when and where you want. We know things happen and plans can change.
If you cannot make your confirmed Gig, you must cancel the confirmed Gig within the app before the Gig start time. Even if you reach out to the business directly to let them know, you still need to cancel the Gig within the app before the Gig start time to avoid being listed as a No Call No Show by the business.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for no call no shows. If a Pro is listed as a no call no show, we will take the following actions:
- 1st Offense - All the Pro's Gigs may be removed, and the Pro may be suspended for 30 days
- 2nd Offense - All the Pro's Gigs may be removed, and the Pro may be suspended permanently
If a Pro wishes to dispute a NCNS, they must fill out our support form in the chat box below within 72 hours of the NCNS notification and we will research the issue.
