• If a Pro works a Gig the completion rate goes up or stays at 100%
• If a Pro cancels a confirmed Gig within 24 hours of start time the completion rate goes down
• If a Pro fails to show on a confirmed Gig the completion rate goes down
• Pro Profiles will display the number of Gigs worked and the completion rate for those Gigs

If a Pro is suspended from the platform, any confirmed Gigs upcoming in the next 24 hours that are cancelled as a result of the suspension will count against the Pro. IE, if a pro has 4 Gigs worked and a 100% completion rate, then gets suspended for a Call Out or a No Show that cancels an upcoming Gig within 24 hours, their new completion rate will be 67% (4 Gigs worked of 6 Confirmed). Pros with high completion rates get selected more often.
