Is your cell service connected? You must have connected cell service to complete your profile.

If you have used Gigpro previously and have since changed your phone number, then you must set up a new Pro Profile, we do not offer "account recovery" at this time.

If none of the above applies, then there is a pop-up blocker in your mobile browser that is keeping the Stripe text code from coming through. Below is the simplest way we have found to get around this obstacle. You will need a second smart device like a tablet or another phone with internet connection

1. On the second device, download the Gigpro app
2. On the second device, type in your phone number to login to Gigpro
3. On the second device, tap Earnings at the bottom right of the main page
4. On the second device, tap Payout Dashboard
5. On the second device, start your Stripe Account setup and you should get the text verification code sent to your phone
6. Once you have finished with Stripe setup your profile should be complete
7. Login to the Gigpro app on your phone, your profile should be Complete, and you should be able to apply for Gigs
8. Delete the Gigpro app on the 2nd device.
